Wait until you see some of our new photos of Razak. He has been sold to the San Francisco area with Pat O'Coffey. She came, she saw, she fell in love. He will be joined by the cute Zeke, below. |
Shepton Razak Chestnut DOB: 5/18/1997 Height: 12.1 1/2 Sire: Persicus Nicky Dam: Henden Kara Razak has been bred to: Cheleken Jaana, Costessa Kalita and Runnymede Lealia. We decided to geld him this year because he is going to make our finest PR Caspian for display. The kids cannot ride stallions at the shows, but they can ride a horse that deserved to be a stallion and used in our breed. Razak is that horse. He is with the trainer now and is already settling into the finest walk, trot and canter that you can imagine. Razak is big, with a ground covering stride. He is a natural jumper and will take a talented rider to the top. He is mild enough to start as a lead line pony, too. |
||
Update: We brought Solomon home from the trainer and sold him the next day. He is shown with 12 year old Jordan, who trained him, and Jordan's sister, and a little visiting friend. |
ProtoArabian Solomon Bay DOB: 6/11/1997 Height: 11.1 Sire: Kineton Kalif Dam: Tandara Ghoroob El Sham Small. Great for driving. Solomon is with the trainer now being trained for harness work. He is a very willing and clever student according to Charlotte, our trainer. He is beautifully built and easy to work with and would not have been gelded except that we have kept his brothers for our stud force and did not need another one. Update: Solomon became the chosen horse of Charlotte's grandson, Jordan. They go everywhere together and Solomon can be ridden down the roads and trails with patience. He prefers being ridden to driving, so he is available as a children's mount. He has all of the basics for driving if you want to go that way, too, but the kids will have more fun with the riding. |
||
Update: Zeke is going to California with Razak. Pat's eight year old daughter and younger grandaughter will have to fight over who gets which one. |
ProtoArabian Ezekiel Grey DOB: May 15, 1997 Height: 11.3 Sire: Kineton Kalif Dam: Tandara Hafeeda Exekiel was bought by our trainer, Linda before the herd was offered for sale to the public. Henden Archie Bay DOB: May 15, 1998 Height: 11.2 Sire: Henden Noah Dam: Henden Affaf Tiny and perfect. Archie is with the trainer now to be shown in harness. He is taking to the task beautifully and should be quite a looker. His price will go up when he is a finished harness horse. You can get him now and put the finishing touches on him yourself. He has all of the basics and just needs the miles and hours. |
||

This is Sheik Diz at his first show. From Francie: These guys are all sired by Shabdiz, a gorgeous stallion still standing in the UK. They were all imported and should make excellent performance horses. I know that Joel will be totally candid on the potential for each gelding, so give him a call. There are still two left for sale. Thanks to everybody -- they all found good homes! |
Four Caspian Geldings Bays DOB: Height: 11.2-12 Sire: Hopstone Shabdiz Dam: Various Sale Price: Joel Morris wrote: I regret to say that my job situation and some personal problems have me in the position to sell my 4 Caspians. They are 1/2 brothers, same father, 4 different mothers. One pair looks alike, and the other pair looks alike. One pair looks like small draft horses, the dark chocolate brown and black mane and tail, the other pair are the lighter reddish brown with white blazes and socks, one of the draft horses is saddle broke and also harness broke and pulls my cart and mini buckboard, his look alike brother is the youngest of the 4 and has been saddle broke and has gone on 3-4 trailrides. The other pair are both saddle broke and have been on several trailrides, one of them likes to be ridden english in the arena and my daughter has jumped him up to 2 1/2 feet. The other brother has a great disposition and can work well in the arena also, anyone interested may contact me at 281-808-1476 or email me at home at hdjoel@ev1.net if you would like to see pictures etc., i can email them to you, I am in Pasadena , Texas (near to houston.) Anyone that was at the Caspian get together in Austin at the Kristull Ranch probably met me and my family and saw the pictures we had there, I know anyone in the group would get them good homes, and if anyone is interested in keeping all 4 brothers together or pairs would be great as they have bonded together so well. |
